We are pleased to introduce ourselves as Serge and Josette Bierhuizen, along with our (little) daughter, Jet. Previously from The Netherlands, we are the proud owners of Villa le Monde since 18 February 2008. As experienced world travelers, we set out in search of a Bed and Breakfast of top class international standard. We were thrilled to find this treasure, nestled in La Roche-en-Ardenne, which we have aptly named Villa le Monde (Villa “the World”). We hope to share the superb service and friendly atmosphere that we experienced on our own travels. Our position within the Belgian Ardenne is the perfect setting for either an active, sporty holiday or one of peace and tranquility. The magnificent hills, rivers, woods and surrounding villages, offer a large variety of opportunities. There are also numerous restaurants and cafés to be enjoyed in the area. Our villa consists of 4 well-appointed, non-smoking en-suite bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 16 persons. With own shower/toilet, TV and WIFI internet. Each room is named after the title of a song, reminiscent of one of our many journeys. Come and relax in our large living room and enjoy the panoramic view of the castle and village of La Roche-en-Ardenne. Curl up with a book at the fireplace or linger at our “Irish Pub ‘O Herbie”. We would like to share the splendour of the region with you, affectionately known as “the Pearl of the Ardenne”. Individuals, couples, families and small groups are most welcome.
